Avery riding the Fly High.The week was really busy for us. The kids had MEGA PASSES for the fair. We spent monday, tuesday, and wednesday evenings at the fair watching them ride rides.
Tuesday afternoon Taylor and Avery got to meet their teachers. Taylor is now a 5th grader in Mr. Olesons class. Avery is a 1st grader in Mrs. Utters class. We also walked down the kindergarten hall to meet Bradens teacher. This aunty just had to be sure who was going to be teaching her nephew.
Tuesday evening Bailey sang in the Black Hills Idol contest. We of course thought she did EXCELLENT! However those deaf judges must have felt otherwise. She didn't make it to the finals.
Wednesday morning Bailey and I got up and went to the orthodontist. Bailey now has the most expensive mouth in our house. She will wear braces for about 2 years. She is finally able to eat a little bit.
Thursday morning we got up real early for ..........THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Biggest news from this day is Bailey started highschool. OMG Dan and I must be getting old. Rebecca started 8th grade. Eight grade for her means 9th grade algebra. A neat little tid bit is her algebra teacher was also her 6th grade teacher. Bailey had the same deal but with a different teacher. The boys had a good first day of school too.
Well that is all the excitement of our week. I will post some pictures later in the week.
